SHIPPING

We only ship overnight

We are shipping world wide

All orders are packaged with a vacuum seal bag and then wrapped inside a black heatwrap bag for further protection. There is no indication from the package to what the contents are. Orders are shipped in boxes or poly tear proof mailer bags depending on order size.

Unfortunately in the summer there is a chance that chocolates could melt while being shipped, please order them at your own risk.

Orders with payment received before 10am PST should ship SAME BUSINESS DAY. If your payment is received after 10am PST it will ship the following business day.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday

Usually 1-2 business days for major cities and a few extra days if you live in a remote area. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, once we give them the package it is out of our control if the package is slow.

When your order completes (and ships) you will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email. Please use that link to track your order.

Note: Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to work, if we ship a parcel in the afternoon it might not reach a sorting facility until the following morning and be scanned into their system, etc.

Absolutely! You will need to sign up for your nearest Post’s “Delivery Service” and use the address they provide you.

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with our platform Post.
If a trace is filed, our platform Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete.
Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Our platform Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package and re-send your order with free shipping.
